| Does spirituality contribute to your creativity? Absolutely! If I am not spiritually connected to my Higher Self, I am not able to create.

| It is possible to fall in love with a bad idea simply because it is yours. How do you avoid this? I write intuitively, and if a story or piece of work doesn't "feel" right then I don't go down that path.

| Must someone be the leader or boss in order for a creative team to function well? Not necessarily the "leader" or "boss" but perhaps keeping some semblance of "order" to the group and overseeing whatever needs to be done.

| Do you work well under pressure? No, that's why I prefer to start on an assignment way in advance so that as it gets closer to a deadline all I have to do is put finishing touches to it - no pressure!

| Ideas can come simultaneously to different people in different places with no connection to one another. How do you explain this phenomenon? Channeling. I have always felt as though ideas were never original to a single person, that they were the property of the collective conscious & when a person is inspired with an idea, they are just channeling it.
