For how long have you done photography? How did you begin?
For more than 20 years, I started with it like a hobby in the high school
What has been your education as a photographer?
I took some courses but can say that I'm autodidact.

What is your favourite type of photography?
Architectural, Streetphotography and Landscape. Portrait.
What do you try to express through your photography?
My feelings, my interpretation of the world.
How do you choose your subjects?
They always find me
What type of preparation do you do before undertaking the photo session?
When it's a commission I use to go to have a look of the ambient and the space, but when I'm traveling I just take what I see at the moment.
Do you normally photograph with a purpose already in mind, or do you let yourself go with the flow?
After I found a topic which sometimes just arrived by itself, then is when I start to photograph with that topic in my mind
Canon, Nikon, Fuji, Sigma, Olympus, Sony, Pentax...which do you place your bets on and why?
Canon = ergonomic Hasselblad = class and high quality
Describe your current equipment: cameras, lenses, computers, accessories...

What software and plug-ins do you use to retouch and manage your photos?
Photoshop
Are you a good salesperson of your work? In what should you improve?
I guess yes, but I have to improve on the insistence to customers

Are technology and digital retouching reducing the gap between professionals and amateurs?
Unfortunately yes, but there are some clients who really knows what they need and want.
What is your team of habitual collaborators like?
Assistant, make-up artist, Stylist

Do you consider yourself more technical or more artistic?
Can say 50-50%
What have you learned about the art of framing and composition?
I also teach it, and I learn much more viewing others work.
How does one develop the instinct of knowing when to press the shutter release button?
It's all in your mind, but I think if you're strongly open mind, you'll press the shutter release button faster.
When should one use film, and when should one use digital?
It's up to you ... may be for personal work should use film ...
Does photography have the recognition that it should have in contemporary art museums?
Yes and it's growing up
