Singer songwriter

How did you begin making music? Who introduced you?
Began by picking up the guitar and learning basic chords, moving onto building my own song structures. My mum and dad introduced me to it hugely.
What was your musical education?
Mrs Callander - Music teacher at my primary was an inspiration, won some Rabbie Burns recital certificates there too. No real excitement at high school in music class, didn't take it as a chosen subject either
When did you realise that making music could be a way of life for you?
When I believed in myself enough that i could pick up a guitar and learn to play and write my own songs
What is your creative process?
Who knows
When do you have your most lucid moments, in the morning or night?
Night
Have you ever awoken with a melody created from your dreams?
No
How do you know when a song is finished or needs no more changes?
Yes
How did you discover your creative territory? How would you describe it?
A wilderness of loneliness and frustration
What part of your job is your least favourite?
Having to go to my p/t job as a caretaker

Not enough, never enough
How do you feel right before going out on stage?
A little nervous, though usually buzzing for it

Oasis, Noel Gallagher, Nirvana, Kurt Cobain

Death, thrash metal, the shit that they scream and rant incoherently, its pish...

Busked once after a gig in Glasgow, at the Central Train station with a champagne ice bucket for ole ting coins, made £17 I think.

Make sure it's what you want to do, you'll know if it is or isn't within a year or 2.
