Prior to that I was a partner in a boutique design studio, where my responsibilities as associate creative director included the day to day management of the creative department, concepting, copywriting, maintaining existing-client contacts and preparation/estimation of all project proposals.
I have hands-on knowledge in all phases of two and three dimensional design along with video production and editing, from conception and strategy through production and implementation.
