| What made you interested in design? Since childhood, it was not about interest, it was about my creative bent of mind that helped me make my way in the field of graphic design and animation. |
| What has been your professional career path? Learning at every step of the latest design news, concepts, softwares and keep me updated with the technology and business. |
| Have you received any awards for your work in the field of design? Yes, i was awarded as peer tutor in Wanganui School of Design, New Zealand from where i did my Post Graduation in Computer Graphic Design and Animation. |
| What is your motivation? What makes you get up in the mornings? My motivation is mainly the portfolio's of talented designer all acroos the globe, who invest their time and effort in creating the best of work. I usually get up with a new thought of creating the closest possible best piece of design. |
| How would you define your design style? As fresh as first ray of sun. Thinking beyond the creative mind and standing strong on creating the same. |
| How do you promote and move your work? Usually my work is promoted through word of mouth, or else i usually upload my work on www.coroflot.com/vaimitt81. |
| In which new areas would you like to experiment? 3d Special effects and Simulation |
| Shapes, color, concept: where do you usually begin when conceiving a design? i usually take good time in thinking the 0 - 100 level of design to be achieved. Then i understand the use of that piece in a particular space in which it is required to be used. I then decide upon the time and cost attached to the creativity and then land upon creating it. I have a habit of adding features to the design to make it look more promising and audiance targeted. |

| Which festivals or awards in your field do you find most interesting? A hindu festival "Holi" which is a festival of colors. |
| What is your favourite type of customer? there is nothing such a favourite type of customer as i believe in making the customer understand that i have understood his requirement and i leave an open space to bend my ideas and creativity according to his liking and once he likes my work, i become his favourite designer. |
| To a certain point, is copying justifiable? As we all know, copy paste is what everybody usually does, still i find it bit offensive to use anyone's else creativity and ideas. Work of any other person should be used for ideas and motivation, but shouldn't be stolen. |
| List some things you dislike seeing in design. color contrast, proportions of elements in a design, bad typography and most important no connection with the client's expectation. |
| Do you believe the newer generations are better at designing? cant really comment on that, as watever i have learnt from my seniors, i have always treated them as my mentors. There is no new or old in design. creativity can be done by a 2 yr old child and a 90 year old person. |
| With which type of client would you decline in working for? Client who is not sure of wat he wants, who is disrespectful towards a designer and is not in a habit of listning to the views of his team. |
| How do you calculate budgets for a design project? Budgeting is a wide term which cannot be explained in few lines. It differs from project to project and client to client. |
| Which professionals in your field -contemporary or past- do you most admire? 3D Artist and illustrators |
| Which software applications do you most utilize in your work? Maya, 3ds Max, CS3, Sony etc etc |
| Up to what point do your designs reflect your personality? handsome and impressive |
| How do you distinguish passing fads from mainstays in new trends? its the target audience that makes te difference |
| If you weren't a designer, what would you be doing? i would have been a Design Consultant for big production houses. |
| At this moment, what would be your dream job or project? Dream job would be in PIXAR and dream project would be running my own production house which would be a hub for all designing solutions and would bring the best of design and animation |
| Can you see yourself in this field twenty years from now? I would certainly be running a successful Design production house. |
