How did your professional interest in technology come about?
Through education and awareness of our current global water plight and accessibility failings.
Were you one of those who broke toys to see the inner workings?
Research is an important part of developing any new products. With understanding and education we can produce better sustainable products. No, I did not especially break toys to see their inner workings...just wholistic thinking.
How would you describe the emotion that comes from getting involved in a new technology?
Can it be done? How to achieve it? Let us get the latest information. We can do this! The emotion is Joy.
In your field of work, what is the major technological trend on the horizon?
To reduce wasted diesel energy i.e., transporting plastic filled with water bottles to retail outlets, worldwide.
What factors should one keep in mind when giving advice about an investment in technology?
Be open-minded. Listen & prepare your Business Plan, well. Have a sustainable product.
Do you think businesses waste a lot of money on bad technology?
Old established industries continue to produce as they always have. New industries seeking to be long-term and effective would/should invest in technology wisely.

Nature's powerful water cycle.
How do creativity and methodology combine to resolve technological problems?
We always think creatively, then discuss with our engineers leading to our quality SVD product.

Discipline, research and great timing. Also perseverance to overcome.

Obstacles pushes us onto greater solutions.

Are kids and teens too “technified”? Can one become addicted to technology?
It is just the world we were born for....they are wired and keen to embrace all advances. They remain surprised that with all our new technologies there is so much suffering in the world!
Which is more difficult: dealing with machines or dealing with people?
Equally interesting...learn about the equipment then use it wisely.
How often are you called on outside of work hours to solve an urgent problem?
As a parent...many times.
