 | How have your past experiences prepared you for teaching? How did you become interested in education? I read a lot of books about Education, new metodology, watch videos, etc. I became interested in education when I saw the I had a gift! Because I can explain the subject in a way that students like. And I have a hope that our education will be better in next years. |
 | Who was your most influential teacher and why? There were a lot of teacher, but the most influential was my teacher of college called Garrio! Because he was so wise and funny. |
 | What is your educational philosophy? I think all teachers must love what they do!! Love their mission to prepare young kids to a better future! |
 | What is the most challenging aspect of teaching for you? The most challenging aspect of teching is to get the attetion of the students! Create an interest about their future with hope and dedication. |
 | What kind of relationship do you have with your students? I like to be a friend-teacher, to get their trust and try to understand what are the challenges they have to face. |
 | What is the secret to instilling interest in knowledge? Changing the subject something nice, cool, to they will be able to know that some day they will use it in their adult lives. |
 | What is your philosophy on homework and grading? homework must not be boring but something nice, interesting. Create in the students minds the curiosity. |
 | Is it possible to teach creativity? how? Yes, using the elements presents in midia, Tv, music, movies, etc. |
 | How do you establish authority? What do you do when a discipline problem arises? They must know the diference between the friendship and authority! in first days of class, the teacher must says the rules! What they can do and what they can't. If a problem arises, the frist step is to talk with the students envolved. And if doesn't work, talk to their parents. |
 | How do you individualize your teaching? How do you handle the different ability levels of students in classes? The teacher must give an special attetion to the students who have problems to get the subject. |
 | What cooperative learning means to you. How have you used it? It's essencial! Smart students sometimes have to sit together with other students to help them in conversation and writing exercises. |
 | What do you expect from your supervisor? What qualities would you like to have in your principal? I expect suport and a help if necessary. My principal must be above all understanding. |
 | What issues in education are of greatest concern to you? The teachers nowadays don't love what they do! They must work to get money. they don't care about the future of the students and the next generations of this country. |
 | Would it be a good thing if teachers had economic incentives based on student performance? OF COURSE!!! |
 | Besides more financial resources, what do today's schools lack? technology, suitable environment and investment in the career teacher. |
 | What are some ways you have incorporated technology into the classroom. Datashow, Tv, power point, music, video clips, movies and series. All theses things is to show the student that english is present in all media. |
 | In light of new technologies, do we need to reinvent the school, its methods and objectives? Yes, the school must walk beside the human development. |
 | If you could create the ideal school, what would it be like? I turn into a pleasant, fun, educational and at the same time a place where children enjoy being |
 | What do you think schools will be like in 20 years? if the government does not change his methods, there will be chaos. But with reform can achieve a high level of education. |
