 | How have your past experiences prepared you for teaching? How did you become interested in education? I have always liked school life |
 | Who was your most influential teacher and why? The language teacher that helped me to pass the exams to the university. Because he believed in me |
 | What is your educational philosophy? I stronly believe in inclusion because we are a society and must been taught and teach how to leave without barriers. The fact that societies’ fights through human history were and continue to be concentrate in breaking barriers and gain parity treatment for all civilers, sustain my believe but since now the specials schools seems to be able to provide better support technically and practically , learning opportunities as well as care in all aspects. We have to go further to put the idea into practice and succeed one day to have those two systems into a working one. |
 | What is the most challenging aspect of teaching for you? I am practicing , about 12 years in different ways to achive the goal of ICT integration in teaching and foster social cohesion. At the same time i am involved in European Comenius and eTwinning projects in order to exchange experiences, and give my students the opportunity to explore different ways of learning, manage information and be creative |
 | What kind of relationship do you have with your students? I build strong relationship with my children so they trust me. I respect their needs |
 | What is the secret to instilling interest in knowledge? The ingenuity on presenting the activity, The use of previous knowledge or experience |
 | What is your philosophy on homework and grading? Both create more problems than solve. School activities have to be done at school. |
 | Is it possible to teach creativity? how? Creativity depends on thinking so all ideas are potential springboards to other ideas. The crativity can be tought simply by giving children impulse and time to express what they think |
 | How do you establish authority? What do you do when a discipline problem arises? Depends on the problem. Discussing is always a good way to understand |
 | How do you individualize your teaching? How do you handle the different ability levels of students in classes? By accepting what they can do and by task analysis. By using scuffolding |
 | What cooperative learning means to you. How have you used it? In inclusive education it's very important for childern also to built social skills. I use it often in activities like educational games in pares or in teams. |
 | What do you expect from your supervisor? What qualities would you like to have in your principal? Provide Support and solutions - I would prefer a princilal to have an active role at school. A real leader |
 | What issues in education are of greatest concern to you? all that make children to feel happy at school |
 | Would it be a good thing if teachers had economic incentives based on student performance? Strongly disagree with this. I imagine that nobody would accept children with learning difficulties if this could happen |
 | Besides more financial resources, what do today's schools lack? Imagination and cooperation |
 | What are some ways you have incorporated technology into the classroom. The use of interactive board and document camera |
 | In light of new technologies, do we need to reinvent the school, its methods and objectives? Although the objectivies can be improved the methods need change |
 | If you could create the ideal school, what would it be like? A nice place to work, learn and play. colorfull joyful and plenty of stimuli |
 | What do you think schools will be like in 20 years? In 20 years schools could change a little due to lack of money to spend in education |
 | What are your professional goals? Where do you want to be in five years? Perhaps consultant although i prefer teaching in class |
 | What qualities would you need to see in someone before advising him/her to go into teaching? acceptance, patient, imagination and will to work |
